Does Fleamail cover puppies and kittens too?
Does Fleamail Cover Paralysis Ticks?
YES! Your pet’s preventatives will include paralysis tick prevention if your delivery postcode is listed as a tick location. Not sure? Dont worry – we know every single postcode in Australia that has every had paralysis ticks! If your pet is at risk, we’ll make sure they are protected.
What exactly do I receive in my letterbox?

What brands do you use?
With FleaMail, our Vets bulk-buy and ship direct for less than most pet stores, and about 30% than clinics – using the same great leading Australian products. Importantly, FleaMail’s tailored around your pet’s age, weight, breed and location – our vets choose the best products for your pet’s individual needs and send them directly for less.

Monthly – Simparica & Simparica Trio
3-Monthly – Ranvet All Wormer for intestinal worms and tapeworm.
- For Cats & Kittens
Monthly – Nugard or Revolution Plus
3-Monthly – Popantel Tapewormer
Our preventative plans cover fleas, ticks, mites & Intestinal & Tape worms.
Are there any subscription fees?
FleaMail is an Australian wide subscription service run by Aussie Vets. There are zero joining fees or contracts – you’re in control.
Each month you’ll receive your pet’s parasite treatments by mail which will be debited from your account. To cancel or change your plan, we simply require 14 days notice prior to the delivery date for any order amendments. This includes address changes, pet weighjt changes and cancellations. if you’re ever unsure, please just contact us on 1300 353 262 or here: info@fleamail.com.au
Are there any delivery fees?
No! Fleamail delivery is FREE to all members!
Do you cover more types of pets?
At this stage we cater purely for dogs and cats, however in the future, our Vets will be looking into plans for rabbits, ferrets, birds and horses. If you’ve animals that you’d like to be covered by FleaMail, please tell us by emailing us here: info@fleamail.com.au
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely! You can pause, update, or cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard. No lock-ins, no stress.
What if i have more than one pet?
Easy! Just add each pet’s details at sign-up. Each will receive their own personalised Fleamail delivery.
